infsoft Users
The infsoft Users tool enables centralized management of user accounts within a subscription of the infsoft LocAware platform®. It allows administrators to invite new users, manage existing accounts, and precisely configure roles and access rights – forming the foundation for secure and structured user and permission management.
User Management at the Subscription Level
The tool enables targeted invitation and management of users at the subscription level. Administrators can assign individual roles and permissions to specific users, creating differentiated access levels within the platform. Transparent Role & Access Management
All active users are displayed in a clear overview, including information on registration status, assigned role, and actual access level within the platform. Using infsoft’s view concept, permissions can be managed granularly and adapted flexibly to the needs of different user groups or organizational units. This allows administrators to maintain full control over who can access which content and to adjust or revoke rights as needed.
