infsoft CAFM is part of the infsoft LocAware platform® and provides a central environment for managing spaces, buildings, and location-related processes. The platform combines digital floor plans, employee and workplace structures, service processes, sensor data, and analytics within a single system. Cross-functional capabilities such as move management, space analytics, and third-party integrations are managed and configured centrally.

Centralized Space &
System Management

infsoft CAFM enables the structured management of sites, buildings, floors, rooms, and workplaces based on a digital data model.

The solution supports the administration of space and room structures, workplace assignments, employee allocations, as well as departmental and organizational data.

In addition, capacities, occupancy factors, and other space-related attributes can be managed centrally. Employee data can be synchronized from external systems such as Microsoft Entra ID or HR platforms, ensuring consistent and up-to-date information across the entire workplace and space management environment.


Space-Related Services &
Move Management

The platform supports the management and orchestration of space-related processes, with a particular focus on move workflows for individual employees, teams, and entire departments.

Move requests can be initiated through the platform, mobile applications, or external systems such as ServiceNow. The process covers target locations, scheduling, move requirements (e.g., equipment, lockers, mailboxes), and automated task lists for internal teams and service providers.

In addition, space-related service processes such as cleaning, signage updates, and workplace preparation can be coordinated, tracked, and documented within a centralized workflow.

Sensors, Occupancy &
Analytics

Optional integrated sensor technologies, such as infsoft E-Ink Displays, provide real-time data on actual space utilization.

infsoft AI Occupancy Sensors capture occupancy states in rooms, work areas, and meeting zones.

The collected data is used to analyze utilization levels, no-shows, and usage patterns.

infsoft Analytics enriches these insights with dashboards and reports for evaluating space efficiency and identifying optimization potential.
