infsoft Assets
infsoft Assets is a versatile solution for managing, tracking, and analyzing physical assets – both mobile and stationary. As an integral part of the infsoft LocAware platform®, it combines real-time tracking with inventory management. The tool supports both manual and automated processes and can be seamlessly integrated with third-party applications as well as other infsoft tools such as Automation, CMS, Sensors, or E-Inks.
Efficient Asset Management
With infsoft Assets, any objects – such as machinery, furniture, or medical equipment – can be managed centrally. In addition to general metadata, individual attributes, maintenance cycles, or serial numbers can be recorded.
Assets can be added manually or imported via interfaces from third-party systems such as ERP or SAP, creating a centralized data foundation for all operational resources recorded in the system.
Real-Time Asset Tracking
All registered assets are displayed on an interactive map and can be viewed individually or in groups. With the integration of infsoft Locator Nodes, precise real-time positioning is ensured.
This provides users with full transparency regarding the current location, movement history, and status of tracked assets – including historical data and location changes.
Search, Filtering & Device Attributes
Powerful search and filter functions allow devices to be located quickly – even in large infrastructure environments with numerous elements.
Dashboards provide a structured overview of device attributes, movement data, and associated documents. Additionally, assets can be linked to external protocol or maintenance systems to ensure consistent information management.

Movement data for each asset can be analyzed in detail using time-lapse views, trajectory maps, or heatmaps, providing insights into usage frequency and dwell times.
Integrated with infsoft Automation, actions can be triggered automatically – such as alerts for unusual movement patterns or deviations from defined zones and routes.

Event Processing
Integration with the infsoft Automation Engine enables automatic workflow triggers – for example, when an asset moves outside defined zones or reaches a specific condition.
This allows alerts, escalations, or status changes to be managed fully automatically. Automatic reassignment of attributes or tasks based on location data is also possible.
Integration & Intelligent Asset Management
infsoft Assets can be seamlessly integrated into existing IT and facility systems. Data can be exchanged bidirectionally via standardized interfaces (REST/SOAP) and connected with ERP, CAFM, or BI systems.
