Another exciting year is coming to an end. In this blog post, we have summarized all the important events, new products, and hardware for you.
Products and Hardware
The focus in 2024 was on the product infsoft Inventory. This solution enables efficient real-time tracking and management of assets. By combining indoor tracking technologies with intelligent dashboards, infsoft Inventory helps companies organize their inventory effectively and optimize processes.
Introduction of Paper Tags
These ultra-thin and energy-efficient tags offer a cost-effective and sustainable solution for various tracking applications.
infsoft Locator Node PoE
The new version of the infsoft Locator Node with Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) support allows for flexible and easy installation of tracking solutions. The infsoft Locator Node PoE replaces the previous model, the infsoft Locator Node 1400, and features a more compact and discreet design. It combines all the features of its predecessor while further reducing hardware costs, package dimensions, and shipping costs.

ISO Certification
Another significant step, alongside the existing ISO 9001 certification, was the successful completion of the ISO/IEC 27001 certification. This expands our quality management system to include international standards for implementing effective security measures as well as for assessing and managing risks in information security.
Both certifications underline our commitment to the highest quality standards and the protection of sensitive data. This achievement provides additional value, offering our customers even greater security and reliability.
infsoft Community
This year, we introduced the Community Hub on our infsoft LocAware Platform—an interactive platform designed to facilitate communication between us, our customers, and our partners. The Community Hub acts as a kind of social media network, enabling users to share knowledge, discuss best practices, and exchange ideas on various topics.
At our customer Roche in Switzerland, we officially launched the Community Hub during the 1st infsoft Community Day. The event provided an excellent opportunity to establish new connections, strengthen existing networks, and gain insights into future developments. Customers and partners benefited not only from engaging presentations but also from collaborative work on innovative solutions.
The positive feedback has encouraged us to further expand this exchange—the planning for the second Community Day is already underway.
This is what awaits us in 2025!
As mentioned, the upcoming year promises exciting events and developments! We will expand our sensor portfolio to include a water leak sensor, a magnetic field sensor that simplifies parking space occupancy detection, and a new sensor that combines PIR and TOF technologies. This innovative sensor aims to deliver even more precise data on workplace occupancy than ever before. Additionally, a revised version of the Workplace Experience App is set to be released next year.
